We will be electing officers and executive board members for the 2015-2017 term. Officers to be elected are Chair, First Vice Chair, Second Vice Chair, Corresponding Secretary, and Recording Secretary. Three executive board members from each AD (38, 39, 43, 45, 46, 50) will be elected as well as fifteen at-large members. Members of DPSFV-affiliated clubs as of December 7, 2014, and members of the DSCC and LACDP are eligible to vote and run for executive board positions.
Invited special guests (to be announced) will speak during lunch.

Registration fee is $20 at the door. Lunch included.

Call for Officer Nominations
We are accepting nominations for the DPSFV officers: Chair, First Vice Chair, Second Vice Chair, Corresponding Secretary, and Recording Secretary. Nominees for Chair must have been a member of the DPSFV Executive Board for the last two years. The other officer positions require nominees to have been a member of an affiliated club for at least one year. You must submit notice of your intent to run for an officer position to email@example.com before January 4, 2015.
Nominations for non-officer Executive Board seats will be taken from the floor at the General Assembly. Please do not email your Executive Board nominations.
If you have been a member of any DPSFV Affiliated Club since before December 7, 2014, you are eligible to vote at the General Assembly and/or run for a position on the Executive Board. All clubs must finalize their affiliation with DPSFV and submit lists of members in good standing by January 15, 2015, to ensure their members' eligibility to vote.
