The Valley Grassroots for Democracy April book club meets on Wednesday, April 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the State Building Auditorium, 6150 Van Nuys Blvd. This month we are honored to host author Reza Aslan, the author of No god but God: The Origins, Evolution, and Future of Islam Everyone is invited, and you'll be able to participate whether or not you have read the book selection. This month's meeting is jointly sponsored by Valley Grassroots for Democracy, the Sherman Oaks Democratic Club, and Democratic Women of the San Fernando Valley. The DPSFV Executive Board meets monthly at 7:00 pm at the State Building Auditorium, 6150 Van Nuys Blvd. All Democrats are invited to come to our meetings however only board members can vote.
