The Burbank Dems begin only our second full year in existence with this regular meeting: Time to sound off on what you want for 2008 and the elections, AND for more high-visibility and civic local projects in the Burbank area. For this special early-month meeting date, on a Thursday, club goals for the busy new year will be set from among those offered by the Executive Board after its annual brainstorming session in December. And don't worry: there's plenty of room at Kevin's. Get more info at www.burbankdemocraticclub.com. Plus, hear a presentation on the state propositions on the Feb. 5 primary ballot. It's also time to renew dues--so members, bring a friend! And all: bring a canned good or dried food to help restock a Burbank foodbank. | ||
