PRIVACY POLICY
We know your right to privacy online is important. You do not have to identify yourself or divulge personal information unless you choose to give us your personal information. You decide the amount of personal information you provide to us.
INFORMATION WE GATHER
Personal Information . In our effort to grow our grassroots community online, we may at times ask you to submit personal information – such as your name, address and phone number – in an effort to better communicate with you and/or to provide you the information you want in a more timely manner. If you choose not to give us any information, we may not be able to provide you with the most timely information.
Survey Responses . In an effort to inform your representatives and others of your position on important issues, we will request your viewpoint on surveys. Your response is entirely voluntary.
OPTING-OUT AND MODIFYING INFORMATION
We provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving any further communications from us each time they receive distributions of e-mail updates from us. We also give users the option of contacting us at any time to remove their information from our database, if they do not wish us to provide their personal information to others and/or to stop future distributions or communications to them.
CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION
In accordance with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly collect personal identifiable information from persons 13 years old or younger.
